Talent is the primary resource for enterprise development. To help new employees integrate quickly, Xuanda Industrial Group recently completed a series of induction training programs for 15 newly recruited management trainees.
This training series built a growth ladder from "cognition" to "proficiency," not only deeply covering the company's development history, corporate culture, rules and regulations, and strategic vision, but also focusing on the technical knowledge, production processes, market applications, and competitive advantages of the company's core products. With the completion of pouring the last cubic meter of concrete, the main structure of Xuanda Group’s major technical transformation project - a zero-land technical transformation project with an annual output of 120,000 special high and medium pressure valves - was successfully topped out.
This project represents a strategic move by Xuanda Group, driven by technological innovation and intensive development. With a total construction area of approximately 56,000 square meters, it is designed as a five-story, high-standard industrial plant with a brick-concrete structure. The foundation utilizes advanced statically drilled root piles, ensuring the building's stability and durability.
The project lasted a full year since its commencement. Through the concerted efforts and close collaboration of all parties, the project team overcame numerous challenges, strictly controlled construction safety, quality, and progress, and ensured that the main structure was completed and capped off to high standards as planned. This "zero-land technical transformation" doubled production capacity and upgraded energy levels on the original land by increasing space from above, and is a key step for the group to optimize its industrial layout and move toward intelligent manufacturing. Once the project is fully operational, it will greatly enhance Xuanda's scale and automated production capabilities in the field of special high- and medium-pressure valves, further consolidate its leading position in the industry, and inject new and strong impetus into the high-quality development of the local economy. Capping off the project means the project will fully transition to the wall construction, secondary structure, electromechanical installation, and decorative finishing phases. All builders will continue to maintain a rigorous and pragmatic work style, go all out to advance subsequent projects, and ensure the project is ultimately completed on schedule and put into production and effective as soon as possible!

On July 18, Xuanda Industrial Group Chairman Ye Jixuan and President Ye Qunzhe visited Yunnan Institute of Chemical Technology for exchanges and inspections. The two sides reached an important strategic consensus on cooperation in the field of phosphorus chemical industry.

At the meeting, Li Ruosong, General Manager of Yunnan Institute of Chemical Engineering, extended a sincere welcome to Chairman Ye Jixuan and his delegation, and provided a detailed introduction to the institute's development history, operations, production, and market development.
