Just imagine, you wake up and stretch in your warm and so comfortable bed, take the phone, look on the screen and "OH, NOOOO!" your ad account was blocked, and ad campaigns as well.
β
First, do not panic and let's have a look at the theoretical part. π©βπ«
β
Each ad cannot be personally verified by a person working on Facebook, so bots are engaged in this. The first three things it checks are the ad account itself (to whom it is registered, from which country and payment method), the ad itself (what is advertised and what is shown in the photo or video) and the site to which the ad is being directed (which domain and whether the ad matches the landing page). Violation of one of the rules immediately sends your account to the block.
β
However, there are unspoken rules, violation of which also leads to blocking:
β
πΆ Suspicious actions with the card and choosing a different payment method
πΆ Login to the advertising account from another IP (country, city) and/or Crimea
πΆ Dramatic increase in advertising budget
πΆ The presence of ads that have not been moderated at some point
πΆ etc
β
But what can you do to unblock your account and continue to receive new messages, leads, subscribers...?
β
First, figure out why your account was blocked. Sometimes Facebook itself writes the reasons for blocking.
When you receive a notification about the block, you will see a link to feedback at the bottom. Click on it and write in detail why you think that the account was blocked by mistake.
β
When filling out this form, you will need the Facebook advertising account ID, which can be found in the browser bar when entering the Ads Manager. ID consists of several digits and is located after act=
β
Some people may have a feedback form right in the Business Manager, but not everyone has it.
β
However, it is not always possible to get your account back, especially if you know for sure that you have broken the rules (for example, you are selling copies of brands).
