A research study is currently being conducted to assess satisfaction with, and awareness of, the services and products offered by the Governor's Cabinet of St. Eustatius. The aim of this study is to gain insights into how frequently users engage with these services and to identify areas for improvement.

Interviews are being held with key internal and external stakeholders, including Commissioners, Faction Leaders, the Police and Fire Services, the Social Domain, the Department of Culture and Events, and others. External stakeholders will also be consulted to provide feedback on the Events Policy. The objective is to use the findings of this study to further enhance the services the Cabinet delivers to the Statian community.
