Rather than questioning whether AI will replace you, start mastering the prompts, as there is no time.
Things move incredibly fast at Nas. While many work environments emphasize the urgency of getting things done ASAP, we genuinely mean it. Our unofficial internal slogan is (Go, Go, Go.) Once you have an idea, the minimum expectation is to execute it immediately.
When I first joined, the pace was somewhat overwhelming. In a creative field, you know how challenging it can be to work under pressure while still trying to come up with something innovative., and if the outcome isn’t great, tight deadlines aren’t a valid excuse. I had to decide whether to give up or rise to the challenge and see how much high-quality work we could produce under these tight deadlines. To be honest, it hasn’t been easy. It’s still tough to manage, but as we’ve seen, AI has proven to be a game-changer. It has enabled us to bring ideas to life quickly and with high quality.
Tasks that once took days now take hours, and the results have significantly improved. Rendering a top 3D model to present an initial idea used to be time-consuming and inefficient. Now, AI provides a solid foundation, allowing us to quickly generate variations from brainstormed ideas and refine them in Photoshop. This process yields results very close to our vision, which I can present to clients before proceeding with the final model. The ability to accelerate my work tenfold is remarkable. While we are not yet fully reliant on AI, it offers an excellent starting point.
I’m grateful for the challenges Nas Daily has given me and excited to keep pushing my limits.
