This opening will catch your viewer's attention immediately - that's why you're reading this. The first few seconds of a video are extremely important! However, mistakes can always be made here.

Typical video introduction mistakes are:

- the company's logo appears at the beginning of the video

- the company talks about itself instead of the viewer ("We are an innovative company")

- the introduction is boring like "This is Tom and Tom has a problem"

- it takes too long for something to happen - the speaker starts his text after several seconds

There are questions from your prospects you hear over and over again:

How much does it cost?
Is shipping and service included in the price?
How does the order process work?

Of course, you can answer all questions in a personal conversation.
The problem:
In the personal interview are only the people who have such a great interest that they signed up for the interview, WHILE they still have these unanswered questions.

If there are questions that keep coming up, then there will be people who don't get in touch with you, because the question hasn't been answered.

Example:

Company A has the same offer as Company B.
Both offer free delivery.

Company A says that on their website, while company B doesn't.

If you, as a prospective customer, start searching and compare the two companies, which offer would you choose?

The one where you KNOW there is free shipping or the one where you are not quite sure?

The bottom line is simple: you need to know!
That's why it's your job to answer as many questions as possible in advance. 💡
