This month (October 2019) I exceeded my goal of 500€ in profit in my business whilst studying abroad, being in my final year of uni and starting a part-time job. 👩🏽‍💻🎓🌍💰🌈✈️✨

It might not sound like a lot for other business owners, but to ME it means the world and I am SO proud of myself. 💪🏼🥰🎉

Because it’s not just a number - it is a reflection of countless…
📝 6 am mindset journaling sessions
🎥 youtube videos no one was watching
👩🏽‍💻 editing sessions in my robe
😂 breakdowns over my website not working
🎙 podcast episodes
💰 euros spent on courses and coaching
🤭 rejections and dropouts from clients
🧐 panic attacks because taxes are confusing AF
…and not giving up. 💪🏼

It took 2 years to get here and it’s only the beginning. I cannot lie: I wanted to give up so many times. 😂

But if you REALLY want to be an entrepreneur then you just have to DECIDE that you are gonna stick with it no matter what.
You just have to decide that you are NOT gonna be one of those people who give up. 💛

I feel like especially us women don’t celebrate our successes enough - well, I am not gonna do that. 😎

It's not a secret that I am ✨OBSESSED✨ with personal branding 💖💻🌈 (lowkey considering writing my Bachelor Thesis about it) 😜

When building a personal brand, it's VITAL to find as many points of connection as possible. 🦄
That's why it's so important that you share more of yourself than just your product or service. 🌈👀🎬

Let me explain it using the example of my YouTube channel: most of my subscribers come to my channel for study abroad advice + travel vlogs - you could say this is my core business offer. 😁👀✨

Here is what I know: I don’t know what I am doing. 😂 ⁠
I still don’t feel good enough. 🤷🏽‍♀️⁠
I still don’t think I am ready. 💩⁠
I still don’t have my niche perfectly defined. 👀⁠
I still don’t know if I can make it work. 🤯⁠
I still don’t 100% believe in myself. 😩⁠

BUT I do it anyway. 😎 You only progress by taking action, not by strategising, brainstorming and planning to take action. 🤭😏⁠
The only times that I feel stuck is NOT when I take the wrong action… it’s when I take no action at all. 💩 Because even if you fail and make a wrong decision, you can always learn from it and figure out a way to get over it. 🙋🏽‍♀️⁠

By doing the wrong thing, you get closer to the right thing. 🌈⁠
But when you take NO action at all… well, nothing happens. 🤔⁠

📲 Starting this Instagram account about mindset + business was messy action and I am still figuring out whether I like it. 💙⁠
🎬 Growing a YouTube channel about studying abroad was something I didn’t plan for and still, I am working with it. 🌸⁠

Something I realised over the past few weeks is that creating your own freedom lifestyle is a long game, so we have to learn to fall in love with not being there yet. ☕️🦄⁠
Creating a sustainable, long-term, impactful, mission-driven, FREEDOM lifestyle takes time to build. 🤷🏽‍♀️🌎🌸⁠
You may think that your goals are not happening fast enough and it is taking too long for them to come true. 😫⁠
I get that because I am the 👑 of impatience when it comes to my dreams. 😂⁠
I want to make most of every day and for me, there is no better time to do something than right NOW. 🤓⁠

Still, we have to learn to enjoy the process. 🌈🦄⁠

No matter if it was about friendships, relationships, career ambitions - I was always told to settle and make a compromise. 🤷🏽‍♀️⁠
