Today, we went to help a client with a challenge in terms of communicating with customers. Our client is a take-away restaurant which would like to explain to its customers why they would sometimes have to wait longer for food than they're perhaps used to from other places.

We helped the client by making a Facebook VDO to share explaining the service and concept of the restaurant.

Sometimes people don't read what's on the website or poster at the restaurant. So we decided to show how the food is made instead.

We made a short VDO and shared on our client's page. There is no message in the VDO, just some great impressions of the kind of homemade cooking you'll get if you visit the restaurant.

Good things take time, including good food 🙂

The VDO was filmed with an iPhone7 and edited with Quik (GoPro app).
