St. Lucia wins OECS Cycling Championship in Dominica. Antigua cops both 2nd and 3rd positions. Dominica's Bram Sanderson came in at #7 to give Dominica a spot in the top 10 and 15-year-old Koath Baron was recognized for being the youngest in the competition. The Dominica Cycling Association must get major cudos for consenting to host this event just 8 months post disastrous Maria. We are indeed
