Choosing a realtor is stressful — the app shouldn’t add more noise.

REAVUU keeps it simple: a bright, trust‑first app to discover and contact agents by location, expertise, and reviews.

What we optimized
▪️Quick discovery without information overload
▪️Trust-first profiles (reviews, experience, specialties)
▪️A smooth path: browse → shortlist → message

What we designed:
✔️Home: search, featured agents, map discovery
✔️Favorites shortlist
✔️Clear agent cards for fast comparison
✔️Chat + profile/settings (DM Sans + bold pink identity)

Great marketplace UX is when users choose faster — with more confidence.

Users aren’t against new features — they’re against feeling overwhelmed.

Overload usually comes from crowded navigation, constant tooltips, and popups that interrupt the main task.

Thoughtful feature discovery is about restraint:
▪️one feature at a time
▪️hints only when they matter
▪️updates users can explore on their own.

Good UX respects focus.

AI tools shouldn’t feel complicated — they should work in a few confident taps.

What you can do:
✔️ Generate: pick room → upload photo → choose style → see result
✔️ Discover: scroll styles and inspiration cards

Modern wellbeing apps don’t need to look “clinical” — they need to feel easy to start.

So we designed Rewire: a calm self‑regulation app with breathing, guided “rewriting” sessions, and progress tracking 📈

What we focused on:
▪️ Fast path: open → first action
▪️Clear sections
▪️A soft, trustworthy visual style

What we designed
✔️ Core flow: Home → Explore → Breathing / Guided rewriting → Wins → Profile
✔️ Minimal breathing UI (hold + countdown + finish)
✔️ Wins for progress + motivation
✔️ UI system: Manrope + calm base with bold accents

Good wellbeing UX is when users practice — not search for the right button.

🌍 What’s the next place to visit — without 20 open tabs and saved screenshots?

This app helps people discover a city, plan their own route and get reminded when it’s time to move.

We delivered:
✔️ Discovery screen with cities, nearby spots and landmarks in card view
✔️ “Recommended locations” flow to build a personal city trip
✔️ Lists with time & distance so decisions are made in seconds
✔️ Notification system that reminds users about saved places during the trip
✔️ Navigation with three clear zones: Discover, Recommendations, Profile

Resulting journey:
get inspired → select places → receive timely nudges as you explore 🌐

Not every product needs to look “serious”.

This one had to be loud, slightly offensive and very easy to start 🔥

The idea: a mobile party game with provocative questions, multiple stages, and a built‑in merch shop 🎲💬🛍️

What we focused on:
▪️ 1‑minute onboarding from download to first game
▪️Enough variation so rounds don’t feel repetitive
▪️Visual identity that feels bold, not childish

What we designed:
✔️Clear user flow: app launch → game setup → lobby → rounds → end screen
✔️ Different stages with point systems, penalties and freeze/skip mechanics
✔️ Character‑driven UI that feels like an animated card deck
✔️ In‑app marketplace for card packs, T‑shirts, mugs and posters
✔️ CJM to keep every step — from first tap to last punishment card — engaging

Good game UX is when the group spends time laughing, not figuring out which button to press 🎉📱

Users learn better when they perform actions, not when they read long tutorials 👀

🔍 PROBLEM

▪️ Complex, multi-step tutorials that most people just skip
▪️Over-explaining on the first screens instead of real experience
▪️The result is not visible immediately — no motivation to continue

☑️ HOW TO SWITCH TO PROGRESSIVE ONBOARDING

To help users learn in the process, not in theory:

▪️Add inline hints where the user actually stops
▪️ Give a small but real result already in the first step
▪️Use tooltips instead of modals that block the entire screen

💡 PRINCIPLE

The aha moment is more important than a beautiful walkthrough. A person should feel the product “works for them” in the first minutes.

“What’s wrong with my plant?” is still one of the most‑searched questions.

Instead of guesswork and random blog posts, this app had to turn plant care into a clear, guided routine 🪴

We focused on:
→ Reducing guesswork in identification and diagnosis
→ Making care routines simple and repeatable
→ Giving all plants one organised “home” in the app

What we designed:
✔️ Flow to identify plants and diagnose issues in a few taps
✔️ Garden view with all plants and their states at a glance
✔️ Care cards with light, watering and temperature tips in plain language
✔️ Smart reminders for each plant
✔️ A friendly AI “plant expert” that turns expert knowledge into simple answers

Design intent:
open → understand what each plant needs today → act in minutes 🙌

Good plant‑care UX isn’t about data.
It’s about helping people feel confident they’re doing the right thing.

Empty states are not “nothing here”, but a moment when you can teach the user what “success” means in your product.

🔍 PROBLEM

▪️“No data” with no explanation of why this happened
▪️No CTA or examples of what to do to see data
▪️Empty tables and lists that scare instead of motivate

☑️ HOW TO MAKE EMPTY STATES USEFUL

To make the empty screen work as a guide, not a dead end:

▪️ Explain why there is no data (new account, filter, error)
▪️ Add a CTA: “Create first…”, “Import…”, “Connect…”
▪️Use light illustrations or example-filled content for context

💡 PRINCIPLE

An empty state is a chance to set expected behavior and lead the user to the first meaningful action.

Facilities teams don’t need another spreadsheet.

They need to know which machine needs attention right now.

We designed a mobile + admin experience for managing washing machines across locations 🌐

Challenges:
▪️Hard to track machine status and history in real time
▪️Too many manual steps between “see a problem” and “log a task”

What we delivered:
✔️ QR‑based scanning to open the right machine instantly
✔️ “Machines” list with clear status tags (active, under repair, pending, out of service)
✔️ Machine detail cards with service history and upcoming tasks
✔️ Statistics dashboards for completed vs overdue work and cost tracking
✔️ Admin panel that mirrors mobile data for managers on desktop

Impact:
→ Faster on‑site diagnostics
→ Fewer missed tasks and breakdowns
→ Shared, up‑to‑date picture for the whole team

Design principle:
scan → see status → assign/log a task → track to done 💡
