When the software decides to have a mind of its own! 🤦‍♀️ Custom Shading Fails & Wins

I've been grinding since yesterday trying to get these dress folds to look right! I finally rendered this piece, showing the frustrating difference between how a Raster layer keeps everything perfectly inside the selection, while the Vector layer just breaks out and cuts off completely.
It's not a perfect tutorial, just me documenting the struggle and learning along the way. To all my artist friends here: have you ever faced this glitch? What is your go-to method for smooth, clean folds? Let's talk in the comments, I really need some new ideas! 👇

Nature represents the greatest, most harmonious work of art. The consistency and gradation of colors are beyond our human capacity, despite all our knowledge and tools. We cannot create such harmony between the hundreds and thousands of color variations that flow like rivers cascading gracefully over rocks, caressing them. It is impossible to represent the precision and harmony of nature. Even in animals, we are bewildered by the gradations of vibrant colors, blending into the darkness of deep brown, and the close relationship between them, with unique hues and shades ranging from cool to warm tones, creating a masterpiece that leaves you in awe. This is a creation and composition that surpasses our current level of technique and expertise. Blessed be the Creator, who perfected His creation of His universe.

In these frames, I am not just drawing; I am sculpting.

Let's Stop Violence
The Story of Violence Between Men and Women Throughout History

It began with the people of Noah, who became arrogant and spread corruption on Earth. Part of their corruption was their abuse of women, as recorded in major historical sources.

Initially, they abused their wives for disobeying them. Their ignorance, corruption, lack of knowledge and patience, and most importantly, their lack of morals,

led them to find no other way to subdue their wives except through physical abuse. This instilled in men a moral legacy that persisted even after Allah drowned them in the Flood.

It instilled in them the belief that the quickest way to deal with a woman is to beat her.

It's no wonder, then, that the first crime committed by humankind was by the brothers Abel and Cain. One of them used violence to get what he wanted.

Women are innocent of this. A man's psychological and mental makeup, along with his physical constitution, predispose him to use a great deal of force.

But the crucial point is when, with whom, and in what situation and circumstance you use it.

Masculine strength without intellect or foresight will drown its possessor, as happened to the people of Noah.

And for those who don't know, the people of Noah weren't dwarfs like us. The shortest among them was 9 meters tall. Imagine how wide he would have been! And how much food he would have consumed in a single meal!

In conclusion, don't exert your masculinity and strength on a woman. By doing so, you become smaller and less intelligent in her eyes than a fly.

Exert your masculinity on someone of your own s*x, choose their strengths, and use your masculinity on them to truly understand your own limitations.
