ًًWe all know Ramadan comes with it's long dining tables, stuffed turkeys, Egyptian Mahshy, konafa and katayef :D , but thats absolutely not an excuse if you still want to keep a healthy life style ! Our tip for the day is that you can still diet in Ramadan :D !
