This is a remote job that doesn't require a specific location as long as the target budgets are achievable.
We are looking for a driven sales representative to join our branding and visual communication agency on a commission basis. As a sales representative, you will be responsible for generating new business, developing and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and cold-calling.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions.
Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the agency.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop proposals, presentations, and other sales materials.
Attend client meetings, presentations, and events as required.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and news, and share insights with the team.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions.
Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
Requirements:
Proven sales experience, preferably in the branding and visual communication industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Results-driven and able to meet and exceed sales targets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is a plus.
Compensation:
This is a commission-based position with no base salary. The successful candidate will receive a competitive commission rate based on their sales performance. There is no cap on earning potential, and top-performing sales representatives have the opportunity to earn a significant income.
