We are looking for a passionate Account Manager to join our team
Acting as the primary point of contact between our clients and the company. Also responsible for developing and overseeing the strategies of our clients to ensure that their goals are met.
Job Responsibilities:👩💻
- Determining client needs by conducting in-person or online meetings to outline their needs and goals.
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive digital strategy for assigned clients.
- Overseeing the client's online presence and identifying areas of improvement.
- Presenting effective social media strategies and training to clients when needed.
- Creating and maintaining positive, long-term relationships with clients to build trust.
- Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure that they fulfill all customer requests.
- Resolving complaints and keeping track of all processes that pertain to the client's desires.
- Analyzing the effectiveness of digital campaigns.
- Approaching potential clients.
- Writing reports on campaign performance on a monthly or weekly basis.
- Managing a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success.
- Acting as a point of contact for clients to address any management queries or concerns.
- Staying up to date with digital marketing industry.

- 1-2 years of experience in a same position.
- V. good command of English.
- V. good verbal and written communication Skills.
- Due date and Detail oriented.
- Strong listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Creative and up to date with social media platforms.
- Time management, Analytical, and multitasking abilities.
- Strong research skills.
- Job type: Full time
- Working hours: 8 hours and half per day including a 45-minute break.
- Days off: 2 days off (Friday and Saturday).
- Location: Nasr City (Heliopolis, Nasr City, or nearby residents preferred)
