مش كفاية تقول إن شركتك بتدعم الاستدامة.
المهم إن الموارد البشرية عندك نفسها بتدار بالعقلية دي.
يعني التوظيف، التدريب، تقييم الأداء، والحوافز
كلهم يدعموا سلوك مسؤول ومستدام جوه الشركة.
والفكرة هنا مش “صورة حلوة”.
الفكرة إن الاستدامة لما تدخل في طريقة إدارة الناس،
ممكن تتحول لـ ميزة تنافسية مستدامة.
هل في رأيك الاستدامة تبدأ من المنتج… ولا من الناس؟
