Project Event Coordinator vacancy

A Project Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the completion of specific projects

Responsibilities

Managing project plans and timelines.
Coordinating with different department to ensure project objectives are tracked and met.
Monitoring project progress and providing regular updates and handle any issues.
Identifying and resolving project issues and risks.
Assisting with resource allocation and scheduling.
Facilitating communication between project team members.
Ensuring compliance with project standards and procedures.
Providing technical support and guidance to project team members.
Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information.
Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes.
Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
Make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve.

Qualifications

Experience 3-5 years in the same filed preferred (Advertising ).
Time management skills: Must be able to manage their time efficiently and meet deadlines.
High communication skills .
Ability to multitask and work efficiently and effectively to meet required deadlines.

What You Will Be Doing In Your Role

• Understanding Brands (Our Clients / Potential Clients) in terms of their Identity, Positioning, Products / Services
• Ideate and develop a concept for medical products or medical exhibitions
• Create and 2D visuals for products or events (specially for pharmaceutical products)
• Provide creative inputs to various projects assigned
• Ideation/Brainstorming skills on small to large scale projects
• Handle designs from start to end for small/medium/large projects individually or in a team
• Update yourself with design trends in the industry and competition

What Skills Will Help You Be Successful

• Competence to prioritize among competing tasks
• Ability to understand the brief well, conceptualize & design the visual.
• Very good experience in Layout design
• Strong team player and able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal/communication skills.
• Working under stress.
