Today, we celebrate the Egyptian New Year — a tradition deeply connected to the Nile, the land, and the ancient Egyptian understanding of renewal and the cycle of life.

For thousands of years, the rising of the Nile marked not only the beginning of a new agricultural season, but a moment of renewal, continuity, and hope.
