We're seeking an Operations Specialist to join our team and play a key role in streamlining processes, managing project workflows, and supporting operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Communicate with vendors to request and evaluate quotations.
• Coordinate daily workflows and ensure smooth project ex*****on.
• Monitor project timelines and ensure alignment with deadlines.
• Oversee the allocation of resources, equipment, and materials.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings while adhering to budgetary guidelines.
• Implement quality control processes to ensure high standards of service.
• Proactively address and resolve operational challenges.
• Prepare and maintain accurate reports and documentation.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with project management tools is a plus.
• Self-motivated and able to work both independently and within a team.
