Consistency Real Estate is looking for a Property Sales Team Leader with strong leadership skills and solid real estate experience to guide, develop, and elevate a high-performing sales team in New Cairo.
As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for driving your team’s performance, improving closing ratios, and ensuring exceptional service quality while maintaining the company’s standards and culture.

🔹 Responsibilities:
• Lead, motivate, and coach a team of Property Consultants to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
• Conduct daily sales meetings, pipeline reviews, and performance evaluations
• Support the team in handling key clients, negotiations, and deal closing
• Ensure consistent follow-up on all leads and the proper use of CRM
• Assign leads based on consultant performance and lead quality
• Develop training plans to enhance the team’s sales skills and product knowledge
• Coordinate with marketing and management to align goals and improve lead flow
• Prepare and deliver accurate performance reports to upper management

🔹 Requirements:
• Minimum 2–3 years experience in real estate sales
• Previous leadership or team management experience is highly preferred
• Strong communication, coaching, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure with a target-driven mindset
• Excellent knowledge of New Cairo projects and developers
• High discipline, strong follow-up skills, and professional work ethic
• Positive attitude and ability to inspire and push the team
