Intellectual property is not only about ideas
It is about ideas skilfully expressed
In writing ,in music ,or in a sculpture
It is about bright idea of an invention the details of which have been worked out and which takes the form of a product or a process that can be applied industerially .
It is also about a logo or a name applied to a product in order to distinguish them from other products in the same category or to indicate their origin .
It is also about clothes or exhaust pipes made to a new design .
Intellectual property is more than a reward for the inventor and creator of a bright idea
It is a right that can be evaluated as an asset and economically exploited.
