Del CAD al banco.

En el modelo CAD definimos las tolerancias necesarias para alojar y ajustar con precisión cada hilo de cuero.

Una vez producida la estructura en plata de ley 925, completamos el montaje y el ajuste final a mano en el banco.

Precisión digital y trabajo de taller como partes de un mismo proceso.

From CAD to the bench.

The CAD model was prepared with the tolerances required to accommodate and precisely fit each leather cord.

Once the structure was produced in 925 sterling silver, assembly and final fitting were completed by hand at the bench.

Every piece starts as a decision, not a drawing.

Before any render, before any print, the work is
judgement: will it wear well, will it cast clean, will it
last. Over fifteen years at the bench are what tell the
screen what's possible. The tools change; the craft
doesn't.

Master so the pattern wraps the band evenly, then alphas
to drive the relief — full control over direction, density
and depth. The organic look of hand-hammering, without
its randomness.

Eight organic claws, grown — not assembled. The setting flows out of the shank as a single organic form, the kind of transition ZBrush handles and traditional CAD fights. The real work is invisible: every claw thick enough to hold a stone this size securely, thin enough to almost disappear. Designed and verified for casting. White gold, Aquamarine.
