You've seen me groove to the beats of Monica Moves Music, and you've been by my side through the highs and lows of my personal journey. And i am so grateful to know you who rode with me without judgement and gave me the fuel to come to this moment

But now, it's time for something different, something exciting!

I've always had a passion for music and supporting musicians and businesses, and the business side of music as a hobby
and now I'm turning that passion into my main gig. Remember all those late nights brainstorming with BLUES POWER by Fred Grenier my (ex)partner
Well, those experiences have paved the way and litten the torch and were one of the pillars of my personal growth and new rising business(es)

So here's the deal: I'm going solo, not just in music, but in the wild world of business—both online and offline. From marketing know-how to coaching sessions, from business development to building communities, I'm diving into it all.

So today i wake up and i hear this.
Old school hip hop gospel like tune
I have been searching many years for that ONE opportunity that would be the change for me
And guess what
I got 2
Yes two major changing opportunities
Health changes
And business changes

1. My health improves
2. My business grows

So to see the light for me is not praying on my knees altho i am not practicing religion, i must admit i have been asking for a way out of my personal darkness
Fibromyalgia, an accident,
Brain fog, fear, low self esteem and lack of the right tools have kept me paralyzed for a long time.

So while i was ill and bedridden i was searching for that one little spark that could light me up.
And how grateful i am for TWO amazing women who told me to have a good look and try on

And I did... not only i looked at it, I seriously took action and began a journey that is life changing.
