Can I be honest with you?
The last few months have taught me something I wish I’d understood earlier:
Being capable doesn’t mean you have to carry everything.
For a long time, my instinct was always the same.
Work harder.
Find the solution.
Be available.
Make it happen.
Keep going.
And I still believe enormously in showing up.
But I’m learning that growth isn’t always about becoming capable of carrying more.
Sometimes it’s becoming wise enough to know what deserves to be carried at all.
Where your energy makes a difference.
Which problems are actually yours to solve.
When a conversation deserves your voice.
And when the most powerful answer is simply to keep moving.
I’m still ambitious.
Still creating.
Still saying yes to ideas that sound slightly impossible.
Still giving everything to the things and people I truly believe in.
That part of me isn’t changing.
I’m just learning that giving your best doesn’t mean giving yourself to everything.
And strangely…
the more selective I’ve become with my energy,
the more of myself I have for the things that actually matter.
Maybe growing isn’t always about becoming more.
Sometimes it’s about carrying less.
