Viennese Filo Pastry with Berries 🍓🥐

✨ Ingredients:

• 6 filo pastry sheets
• 100g melted butter
• 2 tbsp powdered sugar
• 300g mixed berries
• 2 tbsp sugar & 1 tsp lemon juice
• Whipped cream (optional)

✨ Steps:

1. Toss berries with sugar & lemon juice. Set aside.
2. Layer 6 filo sheets, brushing each with butter & a sprinkle of powdered sugar.
3. Cut into squares/rectangles, bake at 180°C (350°F) for 8-10 mins until golden.
4. Stack with berries & whipped cream (optional).
5. Dust with powdered sugar & serve!
