The Vandal deck gets better and better. Pixelart, cartoon, graffiti, paint and my base line work mixing things up. The cartoon ice-cream may get some strawberry lines added, but for a work in progress, I am fairly happy. This deck could well launch in late October if it keeps going as smoothly as this.

Starting the weekend on a roll. The Queen and Ace take their place on the new deck design. Time to put my feet up for a while.

Launched less than a week ago, ‘The Dishonourable Miss Ruby’ deck of cards and journal reached its funding target. An absolute record for me. This now means the decks and books will be going to print later this month thanks to the support of collectors, magicians and players.

Want an unusual gift for someone or a unique collectable item for yourself, well there are still a few court cards left where the name of your choice can be added (and included in the book).

Been playing around a little. Took my base illustrative style, then half way through went and mixed in some pixel art, doodle and spray paint.

The poster going out FREE to all backers for the Miss Ruby playing cards. Instead of the normal big card type thing, I made it a bit different this time.

The sales leaflet going with the Professor Witney playing cards is finished, and I am really happy with the period feel it captures. Ward off spirits with evil purpose, renovate your blood and cure all your ills with his absurd lotions, potions, tinctures and balms.

Label designs and product illustrations being used in some of ‘Professor Witney’s Miracle Cures’ catalogue. Weird branding and preposterous medicinal claims make up what will be a really unique deck of cards. Available later this month on Kickstarter.

The queen of diamonds for the Professor Witney deck. Promoting the Medusa Stone, a small, polished stone removed from the base of the statue at the Parthenon. Possession of this bit of rock will protect you from evil spirits.

A full day... And most of the night, sees the Jack of clubs go from start to finish and here make its debut. Time to kick back and relax a little.
