Anbesa Bank Unveils a Bold New Era
With its new identity and the tagline βLetβs Go for It,β (βα₯αααα¨α!β) Anbesa Bank introduced a renewed institutional ambition, teased by the bold question: βDo you know what Iβm thinking?β ("αα α₯αα°αα΅α₯ α³αααα½α?)
The celebration began outdoors with acrobats, stilt walkers, and cultural dancers energizing the space, building anticipation. Inside, a grand hall featured a massive circular LED screen with dynamic countdowns and industrial visuals symbolizing strength and growth. Guests in business suits and traditional attire reflected Ethiopiaβs blend of heritage and progress.
Leadership speeches by Anbesa Bank President Daniel Tekeste and guest of honor Getachew Reda anchored the ceremony, followed by an award segment honoring excellence. The ceremony also included a special tribute, proudly presented to Laureate Artist Desta Hagos, recognizing her as the creator of the bankβs former logo. Her design represented the institution for nearly two decades and remains a timeless symbol of its values and legacy.
The evening was seamlessly steered by Taye Worku, whose engaging presence ensured a smooth program flow. Cultural performances, energetic dance ensembles, and live musical interludes including a special appearance by Aberra Molla bridged tradition with innovation.
During the logo reveal, synchronized with choreographed lighting and sound, the moment became more than a brand launch it was a declaration of readiness. A movement!!!
