Wedding graphic art direction for this unique couple, whom it was a pleasure to get to know through this special branding experience.

Over the last few months, we worked together on a complete visual identity for a cohesive, custom stationery collection, starting with the logo suite.

Central to the identity, I considered a harmonious palette, based on the wedding planner’s overarching creative direction for the venue.

A typographic selection precisely sharpens the mood, balancing a black-tie optional event amidst an irresistibly playful weekend.

To help carry the story throughout, I developed a more extensive visual language in the form of cut-out illustrations that could be used across paper items, weaving elements of J+A’s connection, including their letter-exchange, love of books, attention to details, the more raw aspects of the natural world, among other things.
