With Happy Sport & Detox, I’ve been building something very personal over the years — a holistic approach that brings together:
– intelligent movement
– targeted nutrition
– recovery & nervous system regulation
– and a true sense of joy
And this is just the beginning.
Today, I’m expanding beyond retreats into:
– wellness program development for hotels
– and communication & PR strategy in the wellness space
Because wellness is no longer just about the experience.
It’s about the story you tell, the desire you create, and the credibility you build.
With over 20 years in luxury PR — and a genuine passion for health and longevity — I bring both structure and intuition to everything I do.
