I a Looking for a ride to Kerry airpor on 17th for the morning flight. Means leaving WaterviLe around 8.30 am. Please contact me if going there, even taxis if not taking me to cleaners! If no ride I must change ticket!

I arrived in Nice on Monday despite BA pilot’s strike. It bucketed down with rain on Tuesday, but Wednesday sun and 25 degrees again. The beaches are not packed at this time of year but tourists were knee deep in the old town. Ugh!

Hi

I want to go over to Waterville again for a few days out of season, very hard to get an answer to my emails asking if they close during winter i.e. October onwards. I can email a friend and ask them to find out, however I am wondering is it because I am asking about a single room, or is the out of season a problem. Of course I have been before but always once summer has started. It’s very confusing. I know there is no Wi-fi breakdown there as I hear from other people, I also know it’s a busy time, but no answer in over a week?mso strange

A tip for anyone living in London and totally disenchanted with their GP and the hospital they use. I insisted some time back on going to Chelsea and Westminster hospital as opposed to the nearest one to me, and never cease being impressed by their efficiency and holistic approach. Wont bore you with the miracle that occurred today, suffice to say that although not perfect it comes as near as possible to being so within the boundaries of NHS. So this is to thank the staff of imaging, X-ray, blood testing, appointments, and
of course the consultants for continuing to be human and caring.

Well as the unpolluted air. . Friendly people and fantastic scenery there are plenty of signs that Charlie Chaplin spent his holidays here for 10 years. Not only does Waterville offer a statue of him but also wall murals in several places and an August festival
