Riffing off another linen jumpsuit for today’s style-on-the-fly segment!

I have a gap in my wardrobe where a pair of go-anywhere, wide-leg, cotton/linen pants should be. I’ve found something I love, but it’s not second-hand or reduced (yet!) 🪄👖🙏

So while I wait to find the perfect pre-loved pant option – or the other ones go on sale – I’ve been mining my wardrobe to see how I can style up my two jumpsuits as though they were pants!

The base - jumpsuit & sneakers

Option 1 – going casual for a tennis club summer party – think pétanque, prosecco & ping pong! – with a thrifted bomber

Option 2 – a slouchier but smart mood for mid-week drinks – with a thrifted men’s blazer , vintage belt & trusty Panama hat!

Going all out for linen today with two ways to style up a simple black jumpsuit from in today’s style tutorial 🪄🕶👒

I don’t know about you, but I grew up being told that linen was ‘difficult’ to wear because it would always look crushed – but now I know that’s actually part of its charm! And it’s just so damned stylish & versatile…

Look 1 – a pre-loved, red linen shirt of my mum’s from with bold accessories, including my 30-year-old shades that I've had since 1996!!

Look 2 – a more neutral option with a pale pink linen blazer, thrifted clutch & my fab Panama hat from La Finca in Port de Pollença, Mallorca 🌞

It's never too early to start thinking about summer travel capsules! 🌞

As usual, I'm looking at favourite brands for inspiration and then I'll delve into my existing wardrobe to see how I can combine my go-to holiday pieces in a new way...from there I'll come up with a colour palette & this year's Grecian adventure theme 🎨🎒😍

Rather than going with the classic blue & white, shades of red with neutrals could definitely be in the running actually🏖🩱🪭🍉
