A serious post now 🥴 I have had so many clients, friends, and other business owners tell me about their stories regarding these courses- and every time it genuinely breaks my heart. I have heard some awful stories of people losing their business over being scammed for these courses.

They frame it as an investment, that you’ll make the money back, and that what they’re giving you is worth so much more than what they’re selling it to you for. Someone once told me “I don’t know what I was doing wrong”, and all I could say was that it wasn’t her fault. You can’t make £5k a week from no experience and a little bit of mentorship (which she didn’t even receive). It’s not your fault. These are fast money grabs from people who unfortunately have ‘status’ because they are influencers. You’ll never see anyone publicly expose them because people are either too scared, or their posts and reviews get taken down.

Yes, I do sell courses, so do many other amazing social media managers- but our courses are designed to teach you something not make you a millionaire quick. If I can convince you to do anything, it’d be to share this post and read the end slide of what to check for before purchasing ANY kind of course.

One of my personal resolutions for 2026 is to not stay silent, and to help people whenever I can.
