What a brilliant day yesterday at the Bath Hot Air Balloon Club Summer Festival! πŸŽˆβ˜€οΈ

A huge thank you to Jerry, Tracey and the whole team for having me and for putting on such a fantastic event. It was such a lovely atmosphere from start to finish.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by my stall to say hello, bought a print, or has started following my journey. Your support means so much and really does make a difference to my small business. ❀️

It was great to raise money for Wiltshire and Bath Air Ambulance Charity and to meet so many other stall holders.

Now for a little challenge… πŸ‘€πŸŽˆ

How many balloons can you spot in the reel? Let me know in the comments! ⬇️

New prints, just in time for this weekend's festival! 🌟🎈

With the Bath Hot Air Balloon Club Summer Festival just around the corner, it had to be balloons!

I've loved watching hot air balloons drift across the sky ever since I was little, seeing them take off from nearby launch sites. Now I get to share that same magic with my own family, which makes these prints even more special.

If you're heading to Snake Meadows this Saturday, come and say hello! It's shaping up to be an incredible day with breathtaking balloon launches, Wingwalkers, the Pyroplane air display, fantastic flying displays, tribute bands, and so much more.

I can't wait to see you there! Tickets still available.

Prints also available in my Etsy Shop πŸ›οΈ

Before the summer gets into full swing, here's where you'll be able to find me over the next couple of months! β˜€οΈ

I'll be popping up at the Bath Hot Air Balloon Club Summer Festival and Salisbury City Centre. A little different from my usual markets, so I'm looking forward to it! πŸ›οΈ

I'm keeping markets a little quieter during summer so l can make the most of the holidays with my family.

I have beautiful pieces for you to browse, plus I've got some new prints coming soon that I can't wait to share with you 🀩

Hope to see some familiar faces over the summer!

What a lovely Sunday at my second thebathindependent 😍

This time, the market was in its brand new city centre location, and it was wonderful to meet such a mix of locals and visitors. Some of you had planned to stop by, while others discovered the market by chance, it was so lovely to chat with you and see my prints finding new homes.

The market is set to be fortnightly until the end of October at this venue, and I'm already looking forward to coming back. I'll share my next dates as soon as they're confirmed. πŸ’«

A huge thank you to everyone who stopped to browse, bought a print, or simply came over to say hello. Your support means so much and makes days like these incredibly special. πŸ’›

What a hot week it's been! πŸ₯΅ I'm definitely feeling a little exhausted after the heatwave, but there's still plenty to do as I get everything ready for tomorrow's thebathindependent

Today I'm packaging up some NEW and some of my most popular prints. I can't wait to see lots of you at the new city centre location.

I'll be at the Bath Independent Market with a range of my colourful prints for the home in A5, A4 and A3.

Come and meet local bakers, markers and artists and shop small and local πŸ›οΈ

Behind the scenes creating a custom print ✨

At a recent market, someone asked if I could create a bespoke Little Swede print for their niece, and of course I couldn't resist bringing it to life! 😊

My Little Pickle prints have become such a favourite, and they always spark conversations about all the sweet (and sometimes funny!) little nicknames we have for the children in our lives.

It seems there are plenty more ideas out there too...
I've now had two customers ask whether I have a Little Chicken print, so I think that one might have to be next on the drawing board! πŸ”

What cute nickname do you call the little ones in your life? πŸ‘‡

This was my very first time trading at this lovely market. After being on the waiting list, a space became available just six days before the event, proof that being on the waiting list is definitely worth it! 🌟

A huge thank you for the warm welcome Corsham Creative Market, the lovely conversations throughout the day, and to all the wonderful traders and customers who stopped by. Your support means so much. πŸ’›

I'm currently on the waiting list for the autumn and winter markets, so l'm keeping my fingers crossed that l'll be back again later this year. If not, I very much hope to return to the Corsham Makers Market next year. 😍

Thank you, Corsham! 🌟

🌟 Print, pack, restock, repeat! 🌟 Getting everything ready for Corsham Creative Market this Saturday. Hope to see you there 😍

It was so lovely meeting fellow traders and seeing so many talented makers all in one place at thebathindependent market on Sunday 🌟

Thank you to everyone who stopped by and purchased a print (or two!) I hope you love them as much as I loved creating them.

It was also extra special to attend a market in my home city, which meant my children could pop by and "help" with setting up and packing down. 😍

And next up... proof that it's worth staying on waiting lists! It was only confirmed a couple of days ago, I'll be at Corsham Creative Market for the first time this Saturday from 11am. l'd love to see you there! 🌺

Market stall question for fellow artists & small business owners πŸ‘€

I spent my last market worrying that the wind would damage my prints… turns out the wind wasn’t too bad in the end!

Unfortunately, while browsing through my larger A3 prints, a customer accidentally dropped several onto the ground. They picked them back up and carried on browsing, but after they left I noticed one had a badly dented corner πŸ˜žπŸ’

I ended up discounting it for the rest of the market, but it got me thinking…

What would you have done in that situation?

Would you have checked the prints there and then?
Would you say something to the customer?
Or just quietly accept it as part of doing markets?

I’d genuinely love to hear other people’s experiences because I feel like market selling comes with so many little lessons nobody prepares you for πŸ˜…πŸ˜
