I’m so excited to be settling into my new life here in The Peak District.
Moving was a stressful but exciting time - a chance for us to be closer to family and to start a new chapter of our lives.
I was sad to say goodbye to friends, fellow artists and the businesses who have supported me in Bedfordshire. I am so thankful to have been part of such a vibrant creative community and to the wonderful people that I’ve met along the way.

And after having my studio in boxes for nearly a year - I’m really enjoying setting up my new workspace. It will be so lovely to get back to my printmaking again and exploring creative opportunities here in Derbyshire.

New work in progress. It has been so lovely to start on a new piece of work. This Linocut is inspired by some of the decoration that I saw on ancient Greek pottery during a recent trip to The Fitzwilliam Museum. I am really hoping that it will work well as print.🙂

I've had fun designing and working on a new little printing block this week and doing some printing after quite a long break. These little Lino prints are inspired by Autumn and the lovely bright skies that we have had between the damper days.🙂

New apron design!
When I started to put my pattern designs onto textiles, I really appreciated everyone’s encouragement and enthusiasm. The aprons went down so well and I loved hearing all your feedback. So my newest design now features a new colour way inspired by my ‘Cow Parsley’ print in ochre, and has a useful pattern matched pocket!

I love when a design evolves with me, ‘Fragments’ started as a fabric screen print, then transformed into a lino design carved from two separate blocks and finally became this giclée reproduction — a way to share it more widely while holding onto all the texture and depth of the original.
