offkuttt and driptuk are sustainable creative brands based inside argylestreetstudios in Birkenhead, where Aine transforms reclaimed leather, surplus fabrics and even old hovercraft rubber from hovertravel into handmade bags, jewellery, wallets and accessories.

Working with materials sourced from all sorts of places - including surplus materials rescued through companies like renee_materials - everything is created with sustainability, creativity and craftsmanship at its heart 🤍

Argyle Street Studios itself is also home to a lovely collective of independents including goldenafternoonfloristry, , Emulsional Support and , making it a proper little creative hub in the heart of Birkenhead.

Aine also runs relaxed workshops from the studio where you can make your own bags, jewellery or accessories, with no experience needed - just choose your materials, have a go, and leave with something you made yourself ✨

✨ A gorgeous little hidden gem just behind Parkgate promenade.

Goose Parkgate is one of those places that instantly feels relaxed - tucked away from the crowds with outdoor seating, homemade bakes, friendly staff and dogs always welcome 🐶

From locally roasted single origin Fairtrade Colombian coffee from Adams & Russell to their generously filled breakfast sandwiches made with locally produced pork sausages, there’s so much care in the little details here 🤍

They also host lovely community evenings throughout the month including Paint & Prosecco nights and Pie & Beer socials too ✨

Oxton Wellness Centre has created something really lovely in the heart of Oxton Village - a calm, welcoming space where people can move their bodies, switch off from busy life and feel genuinely supported.

From yoga, Pilates and barre to sound healing, community walks, moon events and beginner courses, everything here is designed to help people feel more balanced, grounded and connected 🤍

What really stood out to us was how much emphasis Becky places on making everyone feel welcome - especially people trying something new for the first time.

After 16 years working with florists across the Wirral, Manchester, Cheshire and London, Kayleigh opened her own flower shop in Bromborough in 2023 — creating a space filled with colour, creativity and flowers that feel genuinely thoughtful and personal.
