WHY OUTSOURCE TEACHERS?
To many this idea seems preposterous. Why would a well founded language school use teachers belonging to another organisation? My answer is - it allows expansion, flexibility, reduced costs, improved services and a competitive edge over rivals.
Of course this is not an easy decision to make because it requires a major change in the structure of a school. However, outsourcing actually enhances a school by playing to its strengths; providing more courses and/or languages, and eliminating weaknesses; no lesson will ever be cancelled, the timetable is covered.
