🚨 New Website Reveal Coming Friday 🚨

Every week this year, I’m taking on a challenge:
👉 Build a brand new website or refresh an existing one every single week.

Then every Friday, I’ll reveal that week’s project here on socials.

Some weeks are complete redesigns.
Some are strategic refreshes.
Some are brand new businesses launching online for the very first time.

But every project has the same goal:
✨ Better design
✨ Better user experience
✨ Better performance
✨ Better visibility online

I love seeing how much difference a modern, well-structured website can make to a business.

Week 21 of my “One Website a Week” challenge 👀

This week’s website reveal is for:
🌐 theperformancestudios.co.uk

This project focused on site edits and improvements designed to strengthen the overall user experience, modernise sections of the website and better showcase what The Performance Studios offers.

Sometimes a website doesn’t need to start again from scratch.
A series of thoughtful improvements can completely elevate how the business feels online - improving clarity, navigation, mobile experience and overall presentation.

One of the things I enjoy most about this challenge is seeing how every business has different priorities and goals online. No two projects are ever the same.

Week 20 of my “One Website a Week” challenge 👀

This week’s website reveal is:
🌐 moriartytalent.co.uk

Not every project needs a full rebuild.

Sometimes the biggest improvements come from strategic site edits, refining layouts, improving user experience, tightening up content and modernising key areas of the website without losing the personality of the original brand.

This week focused on helping the site feel cleaner, easier to navigate and more aligned with the business as it continues to grow.

One thing this challenge keeps proving:
Even small website improvements can make a huge difference to how a business is perceived online.

Week 19 of my “One Website a Week” challenge 👀

This week’s reveal is the brand new website for Brookfield Hall:
🌐 brookfieldhall.co.uk

Some weeks are full redesigns.
Some are strategic refreshes.
This one was about creating a cleaner, more modern online presence that better reflects the venue, improves the user journey and gives the business a stronger platform going forward.

Every week of this challenge reminds me how much websites evolve over time. What worked 5 years ago often doesn’t work now - whether that’s mobile usability, SEO, speed, accessibility or simply first impressions.

Building and refreshing websites consistently each week has become one of the best ways to stay creative, sharpen processes and keep pushing standards higher.

🚛 Website 18 of 52 – Website Reveal

This week’s project focused on a clean, direct website for a clearance and removals business.

You can view the live site here:
https://allsortsclearancemanchester.co.uk/

The design prioritises clarity and fast communication.

Visitors can immediately understand the services offered and how to request a quote without confusion.

Clear call-to-action buttons are placed throughout the site to make contact quick and simple.

The homepage explains the service areas and types of clearance work in a straightforward way, helping users feel confident from the start.

Mobile performance was a key focus. Many customers search for clearance services during urgent situations, so the experience needed to stay fast and accessible on all devices.

The result is a simple, trustworthy website designed to generate enquiries and make contact easy.

📦 Website 18 of 52 – Design Focus Begins

This week we’re designing a website for a clearance and removals business.

Clearance services rely heavily on speed and trust. Customers often need help quickly, sometimes in urgent situations.

That means the website must answer one key question straight away.

“Can you help me and how fast can you respond?”

The design focus this week is clarity, reassurance and easy contact.

The homepage must explain the service instantly. What is cleared. Where the business operates. How to book a quote.

Visitors should never feel confused about what happens next.

Strong call-to-action placement becomes essential. Phone numbers, quote forms and enquiry buttons must be easy to find on every page.

Trust also plays a major role. Customers are often dealing with emotional or time-sensitive situations. Clear messaging, professional layout and real service information help build confidence.

Mobile usability is especially important here. Many users search for clearance services while on the move or during urgent situations.

A simple, fast-loading website ensures they can make contact quickly without frustration.

This week’s goal is clear.

Build a website that explains the service quickly, builds trust and makes it easy to request a quote.

🍝 Website 17 of 52 – Website Reveal

This week’s project focused on creating a clean and inviting restaurant website.

You can view the live site here:
https://nicks-restaurant.co.uk/

Restaurant websites must quickly show visitors what makes the venue special.

The design highlights the food, atmosphere and essential information so diners can understand the restaurant immediately.

Menus remain easy to find and simple to read. Visitors can quickly explore the dishes before deciding to visit or book.

Clear navigation also helps users find opening times, contact details and location without searching through multiple pages.

Mobile usability played a key role in the design. Many diners check restaurant websites on their phones before heading out.

The final result is a simple, welcoming website designed to attract diners and make bookings straightforward.

🍽️ Website 17 of 52 – Design Focus Begins

This week we’re designing a website for a restaurant.

Restaurant websites must create an immediate impression. Visitors want to see the food, feel the atmosphere and find the key details quickly.

Most people arrive looking for three things. The menu, the location and how to book a table.

Therefore the design must deliver those answers within seconds.

The homepage acts like a digital front door. Strong food imagery, clear branding and simple navigation help visitors understand the restaurant straight away.

Menus also need careful presentation. They should be easy to read on both desktop and mobile. Nobody wants to download a slow PDF just to see what is available.

Mobile experience plays a huge role here. Many diners search while they are already out, so the site must feel fast and effortless on a phone.

Clear contact details and booking options also help turn visitors into customers. If people struggle to reserve a table, they simply choose another restaurant.

This week’s design focuses on visual appeal, simple navigation and fast access to menus and bookings.

The goal is simple.

Create a restaurant website that makes people hungry and makes booking easy.
