🌟 Thank You – We Raised £550.65! 🌟

We are absolutely thrilled to share that the Bordon Bumps, Babies and Beyond Fair raised an amazing £550.65! 🎉

This fantastic amount will go directly to support local charities, helping families in our community. 💛

A huge thank you goes to:
✨ Our brilliant stallholders for showcasing such wonderful products and services
✨ The food vendors for keeping everyone fuelled with delicious treats
✨ The amazing volunteers who worked so hard to make the day run smoothly
✨ The generous local businesses who kindly donated raffle prizes
✨ Our local town council for providing the funding to support us in being able to make this an affordable day out for families
✨ Our families for all of the childcare during our planning sessions and throughout today
✨ And of course, our wonderful community for coming along, joining in, and supporting the fair!

Together, we created a fun, welcoming day for families while raising money for great causes. 🫶

From setting up stalls and welcoming families, to running activities, selling raffle tickets, and tidying up afterwards — you’ll be going above and beyond. 🌟

Your kindness, patience, and enthusiasm will create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for everyone who comes along. You truly are the heart of our event, and we’re so grateful to have such wonderful people in our community.

Join us for a fun-filled day for children aged 0–16 and their families, with proceeds going to charity! 💛

✨ On the day you can enjoy:

🎨 Crafts & creative activities
🎭 Face painting and balloons
📸 Photography sessions
🛍 Sales stalls with baby & children’s products & services
🎤 Demos from local groups
🍰 Refreshments & sweet treats

💳 Some vendors may take card, but we recommend bringing cash to make sure you don’t miss out!

All proceeds support Naomi House & Jacksplace and Bordon Food Bank

☀️ Staying Cool & Safe at Bordon Bumps, Babies and Beyond! ☀️

With the summer sun shining, we want to make sure everyone stays cool, safe, and comfortable at the Baby & Kids Fair on Saturday 16th August 2025! 💦🧢

Here’s what we’ve got in place to help you beat the heat:

💧 Free drinking water available at:
➡️ The bar
➡️ Cafe hatch opposite the bar
➡️ Water station by the marquee
➡️ Water station by the inflatables

🌳 Shaded/rest areas can be found at:
➡️ The entertainment marquee can provide shade and a chance to sit and watch the demos
➡️ In the main hall there will be tables and chairs, and soft mats for families to sit and rest or eat their lunch and snacks

🩹 First Aiders:
🤒 Please alert one of our volunteers if a first aider is needed. Volunteers can be found at all inflatables, our games stalls, the bar and the raffle table.

👧Lost child area:
➡️There will be a lost child post clearly signposted near the entertainment marquee.
👶 Plus, don’t forget we’ll have a cool, quiet area for babies to chill and relax, with support from the lovely team at BfN 🍼

Make sure to bring hats, sun cream, and stay hydrated — we’ll take care of the rest 💛

A huge thank you to Poundstretcher and Tesco! 🍼☀️💧🍬

With this weekend set to be a scorcher, we’re so grateful to Poundstretcher and Tesco for supporting our community by donating bottled water for the Bordon Bumps, Babies & Beyond Fair! 💦

By keeping the families who attend safe and hydrated at our water stations dotted around the centre, they’re helping make the day more enjoyable for everyone.

And because we don’t have to buy the water ourselves, it means we can give even more to our chosen charities – making an even bigger difference. 💙

A special shout-out to Tesco for also donating sweets and snacks for our prize giveaways – a real treat! 🎁🍫

🎉 Only 4 Days to Go! 🎉
We’re so excited to welcome you to Bordon Bumps, Babies and Beyond – Baby and Kids Fair this Saturday 16th August (10am–5pm) at the Forest Community Centre!
📍 Getting Here
The venue is wheelchair accessible, with ramps to navigate stepped areas and a mix of manual and electric doors throughout.
🚗 There is no parking on-site, but convenient parking is available at Lidl or The Forest Centre, both just a short walk away.
🚧 Please note: The bus lane will be closed for safety during the event.
🚻 Toilets
Toilets are located in the main hallway, between the reception area and the bar.
🧡 Come along for a brilliant day of fun for families and children aged 0–16! With stalls, crafts, kids’ activities, sweet treats, raffles, and loads more — all in support of local charities.

🍼 A calm space for our tiniest visitors 🌿✨
At Bordon Bumps, Babies and Beyond – Baby & Kids Fair on Saturday 16th August 2025, we’re making sure even the littlest ones are looked after 💛
We’ll have a cool, quiet area just for babies to relax and chill — perfect for feeding, changing, or simply taking a break from the buzz.
👩‍🍼 Plus, we’re thrilled to welcome volunteers from the Breastfeeding Network (BfN) who’ll be there throughout the day offering friendly, non-judgemental support and advice to anyone who’d like it.
Whether you’re a new parent, expectant, or just need a moment of calm — this space is for you 💕
