What is the legacy you are trying to create? ✨

As you step into your 6 or 7 figure self and embody who she is, this is the one question you should heavily focus your attention too.
A few things contribute to the making of your legacy, such as;

✨ Being able to own your CEO role.
✨ Ensuring every single one of my clients leaves feeling like the star.
✨ Having fun and laughing with my clients and audience - creating a fantastic community of women who raise each other.
✨ Gaining the ability to face your biggest fears.

Being able to own your CEO role as an entrepreneur creates challenges in itself. We struggle with limiting beliefs, fears, and challenges daily. I want you to fearlessly show up for yourself and your audience daily with no hesitation. Understanding your impact on your community and clients is mandatory for your confidence in how you show up.

I believe in business; it is essential to focus on elements that make your brand rememberable. As humans, we all buy with our emotions, and we never forget how others make us feel. Within your CRM, you should make your clients feel a type of way about your business. I know from past clients that they all felt seen, heard, and supported; this is precisely the emotion I create within my client's journey. Prioritizing this makes a memorable brand; I do not doubt that they will be back when they need further support. Retention is a crucial component of business stability!

Facing fears isn't strictly normalized in society. Fear of failure stalks the entrepreneur's world, from losing key clients to running out of money. For entrepreneurs, courage is not the absence of fear but the ability to persist despite it. Courage is what I push and promote for my past and current clients.

Laughing our way to the top is how I want our partnership to persist. If we're not laughing while creating you unimaginable success, then I don't want in. I want to be known for holding your hand to substantial success and making a lasting friendship while doing so; I'll feel incredibly fulfilled.

It's time to embody your 6 or 7 figure self; what legacy are you in the midst of creating?
Let me support you along the way! 🀍

Let's be honest, most paths to succeeding within a business are extremely scrappy 😬

You've hustled like no other, figured it out from the bottom up, said yes a lot, & pivoted your niche & offers multiple times. Now you're here; I'm sure you're considering your two options -

πŸ¦‹ Do I double this in 2021?
πŸ¦‹ Do I breathe in 2021?

Your next steps rely on your goals for your business & yourself! Based on whichever you resonate with most, here are some options:

Want to SCALE your business? πŸ“ˆ
Focus on lead generation: Go figure out some big PR moves. Put the best content out to keep people returning for more to reel in some top-notch leads. Up-level your SEO & Pinterest performance & throw some ads into the mix.
Need support: Contact an expert to put their spin on your business, whether that be a mentor or coach or someone to create new aspects of a project. Community helps when working our way up.
Deep dive into some direct sales: Spend your day in the DMs learning about your community, optimize your sales funnel. Get your calendar cleared to make room for sales calls & finally get ready for some new clients by ensuring your CRM is on point.

Want to SKYROCKET? πŸš€
Get pretty: Clean up your graphics and online presence, including your branding consistency, grid, & Insta story standards. You could always plan a photoshoot to come back out of the gate swinging.
Go internal: Upgrade & redo your email marketing sequences to gather statistics on all your new & old leads. SOPs, update your project management software & hire out work.
Focus on the backend: Refine your offers, & nurture your community. Create resources that lead directly to an offer for your audience! Refresh all of your copy, & set up your funnel for plenty of new clients.

Want to SUSTAIN? ✨
Take a break & maintain the necessary tasks. Focus on yourself, the relationships you have built around you, & learn to rely on others to sustain your business. Continue to have firm boundaries.
thoughly vet new clients; don't let red flags slide. If needed, increase your prices & make sure finances are on track.

Only take opportunities aligned with you & don't forget to pitch your dream clients!

Everybody has a personal brand ✨

Whether you work in a corporate marketing role, a French teacher in the UK, or a developing entrepreneur, everyone has a personal brand.

Most people just haven't taken the time to uncover, define and embrace their personal brand. Some people define it by others' opinions, while some soak up the thoughts and directions of those you surround yourself with. It's quickly done, however as an entrepreneur; it is essential to define yourself.

The name you carry will continue to be the same while you change, grow, and evolve.

The best way to think about a personal brand is like a professional athlete - a football player, for instance. The athlete is building upon their skills every single day. When he gets traded, his football kit will change, but HE carries the name with him, his stats, and talent.

No matter what the logo on the front says, he will always carry his personak brand's weight.

Personal branding is fluid, regularly changing because YOU are the consistent. Whether you have defined it or not, you do have a personal brand, and it is up to you to what you want to represent moving forward.

Your brand's public perception can move you forward to some great opportunities, propelling you as an entrepreneur. In contrast, other personal brands can restrict you and hold you back.

How do you think your personal brand is viewed? Come and chat to me in the comments! 🀍

The debate over whether or not to 'niche down' is everywhere lately 🀯

Whether you're a new business or taking a second look at your brand and how you position yourself, you've probably come across A LOT of people telling you to find a niche.

Or they are arguing why you don't need a niche. πŸ€”

I believe both sides have compelling points. However, I thought I'd share my take on having a niche.

There are many aspects in which contribute to your brand that you could consider your niche. These include what your 'promise' is. What physical, mental, emotional benefits you provide to your audience. What can people rely on you from every time they run into you or your content online? This will automatically sector your audience into a specific niche based on what type of individual YOU are.

If these benefit a specific demographic, that's amazing! But this is not the only way to stand out in a crowded market space.

Your personality, aesthetics, varied life experiences, your values, and beliefs - all of these and more can contribute to your promise and the way you serve your audience. ✨

The typical 'niche' talk throws points across, such as narrowing down your audience means you can create specific content targeted to that audience, converting to more sales. Compared to some who have tried it and probably targeted the wrong niche, leaving them feeling limited and restricted.

On the other side, I see a lot of business owners arbitrarily narrowing down their options. You don't only need to provide one service or target one audience to become a successful brand.

I believe that your niche should fit around you solely as a person, contributing to your personal brand!

Look out for tomorrow's post all about personal branding!

The only way to start living your dream life IS TO START LIVING IT.

I hear women repeat time and time things such as ;

πŸ‘‰πŸ» "I'll invest in a coach once I make more money."

πŸ‘‰πŸ» "I'll quit my job once I'm making 10k months."

πŸ‘‰πŸ» "I'll take the days off when I have less work."

πŸ‘‰πŸ» "I'll start the business once I have more followers and a bigger audience."

The fact is, you'll never be ready. Growth is freaking scary!

You have to believe success is possible for YOU because it is!

You might wait to wait until all these things have happened so you can truly live out your dream life, but that's unreliable! The only way to achieve the dream life and freedom you desire is to start feeling it NOW.

You get to decide, so make it happen today! Don't let another day pass you by waiting for the perfect moment to make your dream life your reality.

It's not fate; it's not going to appear one day magically. You need to decide to make it your reality and stop waiting on external factors.

Do the mindset work and get started! ✨

I am so excited to introduce some big projects I have been working on recently!

This brings me to a massive piece of advice from me to you. Making changes within your life and business might be scary, but it can cause a huge positive impact within those aspects of your life!

I used to be afraid of making changes within my brand because I didn’t want to be viewed as flakey or unfocused. Still, I realized that evolution and change are a huge part of the growth and entrepreneurial experience.

As you learn over time, you will be guided in new directions that can take you to fantastic places.
Don’t be afraid to follow your gut!
