Every year, InfoSecurity Europe brings together thousands of cybersecurity leaders, practitioners and technology vendors to discuss one thing: what’s next.

The threats change. The technology evolves. The regulations shift. But one challenge remains consistent: how do you stand out in a market where everyone is talking about trust, resilience and protection?

Walking the show floor, it was a reminder that cybersecurity has become one of the most competitive categories in B2B. The brands that get remembered aren’t always the ones with the most features. They’re the ones that create a clear point of difference, tell a compelling story, and give people a reason to stop.

For our team, it was also great to see some of our work out in the real world. 😍 Well done bbd team!

The bbd team took part in a session on Neurodiversity Through a Female Lens, led by Katie Dennis.

One stat that stuck with us: women with ADHD are diagnosed, on average, nearly five years later than men. Another? Up to 97% of autistic women over 40 may remain undiagnosed. These are reminders that many people spend years being misunderstood, unsupported, or feeling like they need to mask who they are.

The biggest takeaway was how different brains work differently, and that better workplaces start with recognising that.

When people are given the support they need, everyone benefits.
