Happy International Women's Day to the 2 women who made me the woman I am today! ❤️

My mum, Laura, who is always full of positivity and joy despite all the tough s**t she's had to put up with throughout her life. Her sense of adventure and making the most of every situation just amazes me and pushes me to be better!

My love of colour really comes from my mum. She loves the colour yellow - so much so, that she often jokes she wants yellow balloons at her funeral 😂

And my Nana Joy, who's lived by her name in every way possible. She brightens the room with her infectious smile. You won't find her without her red lippy, nails painted and a colourful top on. She's always got a hilarious story to tell and a joke to crack you up!

It's clear to see why Joy is a core value of mine...

It's simply been been passed down from the women in my life who have embodied it in every way! And I'm so grateful to have role models like them 💘

It's time to Happify another WIX website, this time for the lovely 🟠⁠

Becca is a busy social media and content strategist with little time to work on her website and had concerns about things looking a bit too DIY.⁠
⁠
Before working with me, her website was pretty text-heavy and dense, without clear call-to-actions to highlight the services she had the capacity to offer at the moment.⁠
⁠
On our Happify day, I focused on spacing things out, making the overall look more compelling, simplifying the information and embedding multimedia examples of Becca's work as needed.⁠
⁠
Making for a much more dynamic and easy-to-digest website for her customers to enjoy!⁠
⁠
I loved how receptive Becca was to all my help and ideas and I'm really proud of her Happified site!⁠

This is something I can absolutely attest to!

The last year and a half I've outsourced different parts of my business for:

👉🏽 Things I just didn't like doing

👉🏽 Things I wasn't as good at

👉🏽 Things I didn't have time to fit in

And it has been the best thing I've done!

It's so easy when you're self employed to try to do everything yourself and avoid spending any money.

But it is an investment in yourself and your business and it only gives back more than you give!
