ROMANCE, BUT WITH A LITTLE ATTITUDE 🧡🤎

A romantic maxi dress doesn't have to show your waist to make you feel feminine.

This one is loose, flowing and beautifully uncomplicated.

A cool-toned beige and brown, soft enough to feel dreamy, but with absolutely no intention of behaving like a conventional "flattering" dress. 😉

It doesn't hug the body.
It doesn't try to create a silhouette.
It simply moves.

And then I added a little sunshine to the story: orange shoes, an orange bag and a brown-and-orange necklace.

Because apparently, this romantic lady needed a tiny bit of mischief. 😂

💡 Aneta's Styling Tip:
When your clothing has a soft, romantic feel, try adding accessories with a stronger colour or a completely different energy.

You don't have to make everything delicate just because the dress is.

In fact, the contrast can make the whole outfit feel more modern — and much more you.

And perhaps that's something worth remembering about femininity too:
It doesn't have one shape.
You don't have to show your figure to look feminine.
You don't have to wear heels to look elegant.
And you certainly don't have to fit into someone else's idea of what a woman "should" look like.

Wear the beautiful, flowing dress.
Add the orange shoes.
Take up some space.
And enjoy yourself. 🧡

PASTEL PINK, TWO MOODS 🩷💜

One pair of cropped wide-leg trousers.
Two completely different personalities.

First, I kept things soft and tonal: baby-pink trousers, a striped tank with a baby-pink trim and a pastel lilac shopper.

Sweet? Yes.
Delicate? Absolutely.
A little bit dreamy? Perhaps. 😉

Then I changed just the top and the bag.

Same trousers. Completely different energy.

This time, a richly saturated violet shirt with a cool, blue-leaning undertone — the kind of purple that can almost look royal blue in certain light — plus a strong violet bag.

And suddenly the baby pink doesn't look sugary at all.

It looks fresh, modern and much more confident.

💡 Aneta's Styling Tip:
Don't underestimate the power of colour temperature.

If your purple leans towards blue, it's a cool-toned purple, and it can look beautifully crisp next to cool pastels like baby pink and lilac.

And you don't need to change the whole outfit to create a completely new effect.
Change the colour story, change the mood.

That's one of my favourite wardrobe tricks.

Same trousers.
Two moods.
Zero need to buy another pair. 😉

And this is exactly why I love pieces that give you options. Your wardrobe doesn't have to be enormous to be interesting — it just needs a little imagination.

STRIPES UP TOP, CALM DOWN BELOW 💚💙

There are days when I want my outfit to behave.
Today, it mostly does. 😂

The navy cotton culottes are doing their job beautifully: wide, comfortable, pleated and wonderfully calm.

Then we get to the top...
A fitted tank with horizontal green and white stripes and a blue trim, topped with a long sleeveless shirt in vertical green, navy and beige stripes.

Horizontal meets vertical.

Green meets navy.

I finished it with a green necklace and shopper, navy sandals and my shades.

Nothing complicated. Just a few colours and patterns having a perfectly civilised conversation.

💡 Styling tip:
When you're mixing patterns, you don't need to make them identical. Look for a colour connection instead.

And if the upper half is doing a little more talking, give the bottom half a quiet job.

My navy culottes and simple sandals are basically the peacekeepers of this outfit. 😂

This is one of my favourite ways to dress:
one calm element + one interesting element + a little bit of personality.

No need for a wardrobe full of matching sets.

Just clothes that know how to play nicely together.

CAMOUFLAGE… BUT MAKE IT FASHION. 🌿😎
Today I'm dressed in camouflage.

Olive, khaki, military-inspired cargo trousers… the whole little operation. 😉

There is just one tiny problem.

I'm standing in front of colourful graffiti.
So much for disappearing into the background!

In a forest, I might have had a better chance.

Although knowing me, I'd probably still manage to be noticed. 😂

And isn't that rather like life?

Sometimes we desperately want to be seen.
Sometimes we want to disappear.
Sometimes we are convinced everyone is looking at us…
…and sometimes nobody is.

Both can be true.

The trick, perhaps, is not to give either side too much power.

Being visible doesn't make you more important.
Being unnoticed doesn't make you less important.

And the same applies to so many things we experience, doesn't it?

Our brains love choosing sides:
good or bad, success or failure, seen or invisible, comfortable or uncomfortable.

But life is rarely that tidy.

There is freedom in learning to hold both sides without constantly fighting to make one of them win.

And perhaps that's where balance begins.

Not by controlling everything…
but by becoming a little less attached to the story our mind is telling us about it.

So yes, today I'm wearing camouflage.
And no, it's clearly not working. 😂

But perhaps that's the point.
You don't always have to hide.
You don't always have to stand out.
You just have to feel at home in yourself. 🌿

Pink with a lilac twist. 💗💜

Sometimes an outfit doesn't need a complicated formula.

Just one colour you absolutely love...

And another one that makes it even more interesting.

Today's star is this deliciously intense pink dress, teamed with lilac accessories: a puffer shopper, sandals, necklace and sunglasses.

Pink + lilac.

A little unexpected.A little playful.And very much my cup of tea. 😉

💗💜 Aneta's Styling Tip: When you're wearing a strong colour, don't automatically reach for neutrals. Look around the colour wheel—or simply inside your wardrobe—and try a neighbouring or unexpected shade.

You don't have to match everything perfectly.

In fact, a little tension between colours is often what makes an outfit feel fresh and personal.

And if your first thought is, "Oh, I'm not sure these colours go together..."

Try them anyway.

Your wardrobe is a playground, not a maths exam. 😉

Two colours. One beautiful wardrobe lesson. 💙💗

Do your shoes and bag always have to match perfectly?

I don't think so... and here's why.

Today's outfit is built around what truly matters: colour harmony and beautiful fabrics.

A flowing amaranth maxi skirt.

A navy shirt.

Both made from cupro, fabric that move beautifully and feel wonderfully light against the skin.

That's where the magic begins.

The accessories?

Yes, my sandals are amaranth, my shades are navy, and my dusty pink bag isn't an exact match to either.

And that's perfectly fine.

Because style isn't about matching everything.

It's about creating balance.

Start by investing in beautiful clothes rather than endless accessories. When the colours, proportions and fabrics work together, your outfit already tells the story. Accessories simply add the final punctuation—not the whole sentence.

Sometimes we believe we need another bag...

Another pair of shoes...

Another "perfect" colour.

But if every outfit required the perfect accessories, we'd all need wardrobes the size of a boutique!

And honestly...
The bigger the wardrobe, the more energy it often takes to manage it.
More decisions.
More searching.
More clutter.
Less joy.

I truly believe that owning less can give us more...
More clarity.
More ease.
More creativity.
More time to enjoy the clothes we already love.

Because the best wardrobe isn't the biggest one.
It's the one that makes getting dressed feel simple, joyful and completely you.

Today's hero?

A pair of beautifully tailored checked trousers with a modern cut and the perfect length.

And the colour palette...

Grey. White. Sunshine yellow. Soft coral. Touches of purple.

It's as if someone gathered the colours of a joyful summer day and wove them into one pair of trousers.

Today, I chose to highlight the lilac tones with my sandals and shopper bag, while a simple grey tank top lets the trousers shine.

Tomorrow?

The very same trousers could tell a completely different story with a yellow top...

A soft coral knit...
A crisp white shirt...
Or a monochrome grey look.
One piece.
So many possibilities.

When you fall in love with a printed piece, don't ask, "What goes with it?" Instead ask, "Which colour inside this print would I like to celebrate today?"

The most elegant dress in your wardrobe doesn't have to be the one you wear the least. 🤎

We often save our favourite pieces...
"For a special occasion."
"For the perfect moment."
"For someday."

But what if today is already special enough?
Because our lives are mostly made up of ordinary Tuesdays.

Today's chocolate look is built around a vintage silk polka-dot dress that some of you may remember from a few years ago. It even reminded me of Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman during her famous shopping scene. 🤎

This time, though, I styled it differently.
Instead of letting it feel "too dressed up", I simply tied a lightweight chocolate overlay around my waist.

One small styling tweak.....and suddenly the dress felt relaxed, effortless and completely wearable.

💛 Aneta's Styling Tip:
If a beautiful dress feels "too much", don't hide it in your wardrobe. Layer it. Add a relaxed shirt, a lightweight wrap or even flat sandals. Styling is often about changing the mood, not changing the dress.
Because that's what personal style is all about.
Not buying more.
Seeing more possibilities in what you already own.
And yes... my chocolate heels are taking a little break beside me today. Even they deserve a rest now and then. 😉👠

Some combinations never need an introduction.

Dark chocolate and gold...
Elegant. Warm. Rich. Timeless.
And no... I'm not talking about dessert. 😄

Today's look is my favourite kind of summer luxury:
✨ A flowing dark chocolate overlay.
✨ A golden top.
✨ A golden skirt.
✨ Chocolate high-heel sandals and a bag.

Simple colours. Beautiful fabrics. No fuss. Just effortless elegance.

I've realised that the older I get, the less I chase more.
More trends. More shopping. More "must-haves."
Instead, I look for combinations that make me smile every single time I open my wardrobe.

Chocolate and gold do exactly that.
One grounds me.
The other catches the light.

Together, they remind me that style doesn't have to shout to feel luxurious.

Sometimes true luxury is simply wearing pieces you already love... in a new way.
And I think that's much sweeter than any chocolate trend. 😉
