Not every take is perfect. Today I was so tongue tied I couldn’t get my words out. I was still able to push through, laugh off the mistakes and hit publish.

As I get closer to 50, I’ve realised I don’t want my mornings to feel rushed anymore.

I used to think a “good” start meant jumping straight into emails, ideas, edits, notifications. Starting the day already behind.

Now it’s simpler.
Boil the kettle.
Make a tea.
Have a quiet minute before the world gets loud.

Starting slow doesn’t make me lazy. It makes me willing. When I begin the day calm, I actually want to sit at my desk. I want to create. I want to build something.

There’s a difference between being busy and being steady.

This season of life feels more about steadiness. Less proving. More presence.

And honestly, the work is better for it.

Learning something new or trying a new way of doing something is a great way to feel inspired as a content creator. Today I’m editing a new video using Premier Pro and exploring filming outside using the DJI Action 5 Pro and also DJI Osmo Pocket 3.
I accidentally recorded in Dlog and had to figure out how to add a LUT in Premier Pro at the same time as editing in Premier Pro for the first time.

Just a random one. Testing the Hyperlapse mode on the DJI nano. I was quite impressed with this. I just stuck it in the window of the car and captured this. Also going to test some Timelapse options.

Just me attending the Adobe Ambassador London Summit 2026 and taking about my creator journey on stage in front of 100 fellow creators.
What an amazing few days to catch up with friends, make new ones and talk all things content creation.

In Lightroom, you can easily remove reflections by adjusting the slider in the Distraction Removal tool.

Find the perfect balance of how much or how little reflection you want. Sometimes, leaving a hint of reflection can breathe life into an image, making it resonate with reality.

Like in this image, I might want the viewer to still know that I'm behind glass and keep in a little reflection.

The Photoshop Generative Remove tool has truly transformed my editing process!

It's as if a magic wand has been granted to me.

I simply select the area I want to change, hit generative remove, and within seconds, the image is ready to share..

It's not just saving me hours; it's sparking my creativity. Thinking about how I can change images I wasn't able to change before.

Who knew that such a powerful tool could be both efficient and inspiring?

But in terms of trust, intent, and people actually taking action, it’s a very different game.

YouTube subs:
• choose to watch
• stick around longer
• click links
• buy things
• come back months later

Short-form is amazing for reach.
YouTube is where the relationship gets built.

I’ll take depth over vanity every time.
