Proof Content is a content marketing agency with a difference. We use a network of over 150 freelance writers, as well as expert SEO knowledge, to create exceptional, optimised content for brands like npower, Boots, loveholidays.com and Foyles.
About you:
Excellent content writing and editing skills. Prior experience in writing for websites is a bonus
Able to stick to deadlines and manage a number of people and projects at once
Able to think clearly and calmly when faced with problems
Attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, used to speak to both writers and clients
Able to simplify and explain complex issues and procedures
Creative and able to alter your style of writing to reflect the audience
Able to use your initiative
Good working knowledge of MS Office (primarily Word and Excel) and Google docs
Able to undertake research using a variety of sources
Able to at least tolerate dogs
Design skills are a plus
Your responsibilities:
Editing:
Edit content and check for spelling and grammar mistakes, search engine optimisation, accuracy and tone of voice
Give feedback to writers so they can continue to grow and improve
Writing:
Write beautiful content for our website, blog and some of our clients
Create briefing documents
Project Management:
Manage a small team of freelance writers, ensuring they stick to deadlines, receive excellent communication and feedback from us and managing the quality of their work
Uploading:
Occasionally you will need to upload content to our clients’ websites, using a number of different CMSs
Hours:
Full time, permanent
Salary:
£20,000 - £22,000
