In this video, I’m breaking down the exact configuration I use to get that crisp, professional look on mobile.

The Setup:
✅ Resolution: 4K at 24/30fps (Real time) or 60/120fps (Slow-mo)
✅ Composition: Turn on Grid & Level for straight horizons.
✅ Format: Enable ProRaw to use the full camera sensor.
✅ The Secret: Always toggle “Upload at Highest Quality” in Instagram settings!

However, phone content has its limits!

The Journey of Motherhood: An Honour to Capture 🤍

It was a true honour and blessing to be asked to photograph this client, first for her maternity session and then returning a few months later to capture her beautiful newborn baby.

There is something deeply special about documenting this incredible process—from the anticipation of pregnancy to the gentle arrival of new life. This type of photography is a newer path for me, but it’s one I’ve genuinely loved learning and growing into. Capturing these profound, fleeting memories is a privilege I don’t take lightly.

Mooncakes in the Moonlight 🌙

I had an incredible time with XI Home Dumplings capturing their Mooncake making class! A huge thanks to Amy Williams Consultancy for bringing me on board for this fantastic project. It’s so much fun getting to document people in their element, and the energy in the room was amazing!

For these shots, I was really focused on playing with light. I love the dramatic effect you can get from using just one flash—it creates these beautiful shadows and makes the textures pop. It’s a great reminder that even with simple tools, you can create something powerful.

I recently had a fantastic time shooting with the amazing team at Apex, capturing their classes in action. There’s a special kind of energy when you’re documenting the hard work, focus, and sheer joy that people put into their fitness.

My goal was to capture those real, candid moments as they happened—showing the dedication and passion of both the instructors and members. It was a privilege to photograph such a positive and powerful environment.

Back and Inspired 🇮🇹

After a truly blessed four weeks back home in Italy, I’m back in the UK and feeling creatively recharged. Spending time with family and focusing on my well-being was exactly what I needed.

These photos are all from the view at my hotel in Vico. The magic of this view of Naples and Vesuvius is that every single time I looked at it—whether it was sunrise or sunset, a clear sky or cloudy—I felt like I was finding a new, beautiful detail to capture. It’s a powerful reminder that there’s always more to see if you just take the time to look closer.

I’m now ready to take that refreshed perspective and apply it to creating beautiful content that I know we can all be proud of.

Embracing the Student Mindset 💡

Had a fantastic time doing some headshots for something_to_look_forward_to What made this shoot extra special was finally diving into flash photography for the first time. It was a brilliant challenge and truly pushed my creative boundaries, which I absolutely loved.

Even after years in content creation and professional photography, that buzz of feeling like a student and learning a new skill is what keeps my passion alive. It’s a powerful reminder that for all of us creatives, continuously embracing that “student” mindset is vital for growth and keeping our craft fresh.
