Matthew complements the founders as an operational expert, he takes lead in driving operational excellence in the business. Analytical, results-driven with 5+ years of experience in marketing and operational leadership roles. Proven track record of driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and leading teams to success. Skilled in strategic planning, financial management, and stakeholder engagement. Passionate about creating value for shareholders, customers, and employees. Extensive experience with data-driven solutions and lean Six Sigma principles, and keen entrepreneurial flair (he started his first company whilst at university) while accomplishing a First Class Honours, BA Degree in Business and Marketing Management degree. Before joining Growth Partner, Matthew was Senior Operations Manager at Amazon, where he was responsible for project managing and scaling various multi-million dollar projects across the logistics division. Additionally, he was part of the launch team for the GE9X engine lean buildout at GE Aviation, and he managed a $250 million business unit at Amazon.
