We created a bold, editorial-led design that brings together matchday information, club news, community stories, women’s football and academy updates — all within one digital experience.

Happy Friday everyone!

Thought would do a different video instead of me talking for a few minutes I’ll squeeze it all in a 30 second video.

So, what have we been up to?

It’s been a filming few weeks to be fair businesses are wanted quality and human touch style videos which we love.

The porthcawl gin video was released to the wild last week and performing exceptionally well. Had a few branding sign offs so we’re looking forward to see those go live very soon, special guest Adele Nicoll recently joined us and sport wales for a video - incredibly excited to show the outcome of that next week. We visited a brewery and a few network events.

Behind the scenes it’s been a case of watch and main ring SEO and all that other boring stuff and honourable mention we signed out first marketing client with the outcome showing why we do this!

Video out very soon and we’re looking forward to continue that relationship with them.

As the business grows we grow with them!

This is Liv & Letdough!

An Italian inspired pizza business specialising in all things Italian. Being inspired by the beauty of pizza making it was clear to see why.

Liv didn’t want to just be a pizza business she wanted something with character and the audience she’s targeting was mature 30 year olds who just want a good time and have good food with a glass of Prosecco or two.

The olive greens and the creams give that sense of maturity and class pizzas!

Well…we have some news.

After running Ddraig Studio for 5 months now, we are on the up and are growing even further and taking the next steps. We have an office!!

It’s a gamble but the progression we have experienced it’s something we have full belief in. From the high’s the low’s and all the in between but we wouldn’t change it anyway.

So here’s a cheers to everyone that has supported us and we can’t wait to continue to grow. The full video will be released very soon as we are still waiting on a few things.

And in honest truth it’s not just an icon, brand mark or logo that you need. Being a business you need to have an identity something that tells the public why are you this service? And what makes you different?

This is something we worked on for months and quite frankly still working on today it’s about what makes clients come to us how are we different to other agencies?

Creating an identity for yourself is more important than the logo you can have an insane logo but if your businesses closes no one will remember they will only remember the experience.

When it comes to design a logo I get a lot of “we just need a logo”.

However, it’s never just a logo when you are creating something like for your business it’s the whole identity of your company.

So, what is a brand identity it’s not just the colour or design of your business it’s the message your business lets out what’s your tone of voice? What sort of people do you attract? Who do you want to attract? This is where creativity can be a huge bonus as we have an understanding on the recommended paths.

For example you wouldn’t have new times Roman for a match brand it will just look stupid. And you wouldn’t play heavy metal music in a build a bear shop.

This is strategy and identity, it’s something that designers study for in university. But highly recommend before designing logos or brands ask the questions before starting…
