You guys mind if I get vulnerable and real for a minute? 🥺🫶🏼
Coming into the New Year and setting new goals and intentions can always be exciting but for me this year it’s been ~ I can’t think of the right word, maybe weird/ off balance?
I want to be real and show up more authentic in this space and being completely honest, being your own boss is tough. Way tougher than I imagined. I love my job and genuinely believe this is the career I’m meant to pursue. My clients are the BEST, I’m so blessed with who I work with. But it seems every single day there is something (externally, as I said my clients are elite👑) that wants to implode my business. I had a little wobble last week and thought I was going to throw in the towel. And then I receive these incredible pieces of feedback from my clients (like I said, ELITE) and I’m not ready to give up yet💘
I got some great advice from someone who said the first 18 months are the toughest ~ you’re figuring things out and there are non stop surprises. So as is now 7 months old, that’s just 11 months to go ~ that’s not that long 🙃😂
I am blessed to have an incredible support network of friends, family, the biggest cheerleader being my boyfriend but if YOU don’t have that and you’re carving your own path; then please know I am proud of you 💘
