So here is a little reminder for every person who is registered with us as a stall holder about how the process works.
Firstly, to show interest you need to email [email protected] for a registration form.
Once it is sent to you, you fill it in, send your pli and any other documents needed and in return you receive a unique reference number starting in dox . This email will also have the booking link to the interface which is used for EACH INDIVIDUAL market we hold. So keep this email safe.
Registration with us does NOT guarantee a space at a market, neither does it mean you are on a reserve list.
You apply separately for EACH market you wish to attend. You will then receive either a comformation email explaining that you have a space at that market or that you have been placed onto the reserve list. The reserve list is for THAT EVENT ONLY.
You may not hear from us in relation to that event after being placed on the reserve list UNLESS a space becomes available.
Once that event passes you need to REAPPLY for new markets.
Just because you have been placed onto the reserve list for a particular market, it does not mean you won't get a space on the next one.
We purposely only allow 2 with a max of 3 of the same sort of items at each market. If we have met that threshold already, this is why you will be placed on the reserve list. Spaces are given on a first come, first served basis.
If you check the interface link on your original email with your registration number, you will be able to see what markets have spaces and what ones you can book onto.
