The summer holidays are here, which means our phones are full of photos from beaches, attractions, parks and family days out. But before you 'post', take a second look at what's in the background.
Most people know to be careful about sharing photos of their own children online. What many don't realise is that strangers caught in the background could also have a legitimate reason for not wanting their image shared.
A simple holiday snap could unintentionally reveal someone's location or include a child or adult whose privacy needs to be protected. If you're sharing content for your business, it's worth making this part of your routine too.
Do you check your photos before posting online?
