🌿 A Saturday Morning Thought 🌿

This morning, I pressed pause — made a cup of tea, curled up on the sofa, and watched Great Expectations on BBC iPlayer.

Something about the stillness, the storytelling, and the quiet cup in hand reminded me how important it is to slow down. We move through life chasing goals, solving problems, checking boxes… and sometimes forget to simply feel.

It has me thinking about gratitude — about the people who shape our stories and the small, kind gestures that stay with us. I’m going to spend the rest of today calling around and telling those people how much I love and appreciate them.

Because really, isn’t that what it’s all about?
