Climb 360 is about bring people together through sport (more specifically climbing/bouldering) so that we can increase the awareness of climbing and the many physical and mental health and wellbeing benefits that climbing provides for individuals, for example increasing chances of a healthier longer life and reducing mental stresses which can trigger various mental health relapses. This could help
with reducing crime rates and improving the local economy and educational outcomes - creating positive change in the community of chesterfield and beyond. Our methodology is thinking BIG as a acronym:
Books (Learning through empowering one another)
Individuals (Bringing the community together to aspire to be better and inspire one another)
Goals (Setting challenging, however achievable goals for self and community)
Climb 360 is hoping to run a multi staged, multi activity fundraising event in Chesterfield this summer with Climbing being the centre focus of activities, yet bringing people together and thinking BIG being the heart of the event. With the intention of the event being a fun day for all who come along and a market research opportunity for Climb 360 to develop the social enterprise even further.
